Our mission at Arrowhead Forensics is to provide quality products at competitive prices with unsurpassed customer service and delivery. All of our items have been developed with the crime scene investigator and evidence technician in mind. We have no minimum order for law enforcement agents and strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. Rush delivery service is also available.

Credit Terms
All federal, state and local agencies have open accounts with Net 30 terms.

Bankcards
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Government Impact Visas welcomed.

Return Policy
If for any reason you need to return an order or a portion of your order, please contact us for an RMA number. Your account will be credited for the full amount.

Shipping and Freight Charges
All freight and handling charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

Emergency Shipments
If you require a rush shipment, please place your order by 3:00 Central time.

Custom Items
Since we're the manufacturer for many of the items we carry, we're able to customize most products to meet your specific needs. Contact us for a quote. If you're looking for products that we do not seem to carry, please let us know. We'll do our best to locate them or find a supplier for you.

Minimum Orders
There is a minimum order amount of $100.00 for non-law enforcement customers.
