Fluorescent Ink

Fluorescent Ink is a thin ink like material commonly used to mark currency, documents, skin, leather, fabric or other objects. The ink is applied with a brush or swab and dries to a clear invisible film which fluoresces a brilliant blue/white when exposed to low watt UV (black) light.
